Kathy Wall’s State Farm agency in Dallas, TX, is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join the team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping an office running smoothly, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and manage office communications.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative duties.
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with insurance products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
- Support the team with daily office tasks and special projects.
- Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or an administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and participating in sales-related conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
