ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Kathy Wall State Farm, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping deliver a high-level customer experience that keeps them coming back.
You’ll play a key role in supporting clients, resolving questions, and ensuring their policies stay up to date, all while building meaningful relationships within the community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information
- Assist with policy updates, changes, and renewals
- Process claims and follow up to ensure a smooth experience
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with team members to support client needs
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive service

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Previous customer service experience preferred
